Schedule

12-Hour Shifts On A 2-2-3 Schedule Rotation

7PM-7AM

$1.50/Hour Shift Differential For Hours Worked Between 3PM-7AM

What You Will Do

• Operate a forklift to press and strap completed boxes of bags and wrap the completed cases.
• Keep pallets, corrugated cases, and other materials stocked for machine operators.
• Assist the Inspector/Packer in packing finished product as needed.
• Transport paper waste from each machine to the baler & process it accordingly.
• Document inventory when boxes are completed.
• Notify the machine operator of any definite or potential non-conformance issues.
• Read work orders to ensure correct material use and quality specifications.
• Perform scheduled quality checks for early detection of issues and report issues for early correction.
• Maintain a reasonably clean and clutter-free work space.
• Adhere to all safety rules and guidelines and report on safety concerns as they arise.
• Continuously upskill and learn to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Train new teammates as needed.
• Wear required PPE at all times while on the production floor.
• Work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.

What you Bring

• Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment—someone who takes initiative and manages their own workflow effectively.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to quickly assess issues and make sound decisions on the floor.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, walking, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily work.
• Flexible team player willing to assist with additional tasks to support smooth plant operations.
• Prior forklift operating experience is preferred, but not required.
