Forklift Operator / Material Handler (2nd & 3rd Shifts)

Antioch, TN

$21.00/hour + $0.55/hour Shift Differential

2nd Shiftt: Monday - Friday, 2 - 10 pm

3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday night, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you'll help keep production moving safely and efficiently by:

  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the plant
  • Load and unload production equipment
  • Supply materials to production lines
  • Monitor production equipment for proper operation
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Complete production paperwork accurately
  • Assist machine operators with setup and production as needed
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous forklift experience required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and willingness to learn
