As a Distribution Associate II specializing in forklift operation, you will assist with warehouse distribution tasks including the safe and efficient handling of materials using powered equipment. This role supports shipment and receipt processes for a global climate control products manufacturer located at DFW Airport, TX.

Job Details

• LOCATION: DFW Airport, TX 75261
• POSITION: Right to Hire
• PAY RATE: 19.50 hour
• HOURS: 12:00pm to 8:30pm with OT as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products under general supervision.
• Receive goods, verify items against shipment records, and inspect their condition.
• Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
• Record received and shipped items following established procedures.
• Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Complete written and computerized documentation accurately.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts (standup and/or sitdown) is mandatory.
• Must wear steel toe boots.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check required.
