We are currently looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Montréal-Est

Reporting to the Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for safely handling and moving materials using a forklift. The incumbent will also ensure the quality of the materials handled and contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities.

What You Will Be Responsible For :

  • Inspect the forklift at the beginning of each shift and report any issues;
  • Load and unload trailers and other transport vehicles;
  • Safely move materials using a forklift;
  • Prepare orders according to established procedures;
  • Supply the sorting area to ensure continuous operations;
  • Support the sorter by placing materials on pallets or in boxes;
  • Identify materials and enter data into the system to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

To join our team :

  • You have a valid and up-to-date forklift operator certification;
  • You have at least 1 year of forklift operating experience;
  • You work safely and follow health and safety standards;
  • You are physically fit and comfortable performing manual work;
  • You are comfortable working in an industrial environment, both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions;
  • You are responsible, resourceful, punctual, and enjoy working as part of a team;
  • You are able to manage priorities and adapt to operational needs.
