We are hiring  Forklift Operators in Scarborough to support the launch of a new 24/7 operation. To accelerate the hiring process, the interview day will be held on July 14, where selected candidates will have the opportunity to complete interviews and pre-employment steps all in one day.

What you’ll do 

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll be at the heart of operations: right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day: 

• Operate a forklift to load/unload trailers and move materials across the plant 
• Perform daily safety inspections and maintain/charge batteries
• Verify shipments against loading lists and shipping documentation 
• Load trailers accurately and record required shipment details 
• Receive and inspect incoming materials; complete all paperwork
• Scan and enter inventory data in SAP; distribute materials to proper areas 
• Maintain cleanliness (5S), assist team when needed, and report issues promptly 

Your strengths as a Forklift Operator: 

You are a natural fit for this role if you have: 

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with ability to read and write English  
• Valid Ontario driver’s license; forklift license preferred or willingness to obtain certification  
• Basic computer and math skills  
• Strong soft skills: attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, communication, time management, and commitment to health and safety 
• Use SAP/electronic systems for inventory tracking and reporting 
• Proficiency with computers (PC literacy) and basic systems knowledge 
• Availability to attend an on-site interview in person on July 14 and complete any follow-up steps
