Job purpose:
Working as part of a multidisciplined Warehouse team to ensure products and materials are flowing seamlessly around the site. To carry out FLT duties covering the whole site, including production lines, warehouse and dispensary. Warehousing and / or loading finished goods products as produced, maintaining accurate stock records and documentation as required.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Ensure production lines are cleared in an effective and timely manner
Transporting finished product to relevant storage areas when necessary or loading directly on to trailers
Unloading stock from trailers and delivering to relevant area
Creating delivery notes through SAP system and issuing batches
Issuing and returning packaging, trays, pots and labels to production lines
Delivering chemicals to dispensary teams
Disposing of any non-confirming material as directed
Emptying bins from around the site and transporting to designated refuse areas
Transport rework to or from the production lines as required by production team leaders
Work closely with all departments to ensure production lines efficiency is maximised and that any issues are highlighted and resolved in timely fashion
Completing change of shift handovers to a good quality, communicating effectively with other team members
Follow all Safety, Health and Environmental procedures (ISO, SOP’s) that relate to this role
Carry out and document when required, all equipment pre-use safety checks, reporting any issues identified
Seek ways to improve any duties that require to be carried out to make safer, cleaner and more cost-effective ways of working
To be proactive with waste/recycling separation
Ensuring waste bins are clean & to the site standard before accepting delivery
checking and sorting bin contents before removing from factory
working with TLs and operators to improve initial segregation
covering the recycling area when operator is off
Carry out any ad hoc duties that may be required by the business from time to time
Key performance indicators:
On time delivery of completed paperwork
Completion of daily safety checklists as required for audit purposes
Accurate production and content of delivery notes

Skills and experience - Essential:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience using SAP system
Technical / professional qualifications - Essential:
FLT licence or willingness to obtain through company training
