At Techo-Bloc, we believe in teamwork, efficiency, and safety. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll collaborate with fellow forklift drivers, truck drivers, and team members to meet performance goals and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to transport materials.

✔ Inspect and handle products manually to build sample orders.

✔ Ensure top-tier product quality by continuously monitoring and verifying standards.

✔ Use computers and our ERP system to track inventory, complete transactions, and support daily yard operations.

✔ Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

✔ Report any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to the Yard Coordinator for swift resolution.

✔ Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Forklift expertise – Proven knowledge, skill, and ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Strong communicator – Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Strong computer skills – Comfortable using computers and ERP systems for inventory tracking, transactions, and operational tasks.
• Precision & dexterity – Ability to handle materials with accuracy and care.
• Problem-solving pro – Quick thinking and adaptability to troubleshoot challenges.
• Time management – Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player – A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of teamwork and support.
