We are currently seeking a Forklift Operator for our Montréal‑East location, working Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Forklift Operator is responsible for transporting materials within the department. The role also involves ensuring quality control of materials.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Inspect the equipment at the beginning of the shift and report any anomalies;
  • Load and unload trailers and other transport vehicles;
  • Move materials safely using a forklift;
  • Prepare orders according to established guidelines;
  • Supply the sorter to ensure smooth operation of activities;
  • Provide support to the sorter by placing materials on pallets or into boxes;
  • Identify materials and enter data into the system to ensure inventory accuracy;

Qualifications

To join our team :

  • You hold a valid and up‑to‑date forklift operator certification;
  • You have at least two (2) years of experience operating a forklift;
  • You are committed to working safely at all times;
  • You are in excellent physical condition and have an aptitude for manual work;
  • You are able to work in an industrial environment, both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions;
  • You are a responsible, resourceful, punctual, reliable team player;
  • You are able to manage priorities effectively.
