Forklift Operator

Shifts: 3rd (10 PM start, Sun-Thu), 1st (6 AM start, Mon-Fri), 2nd (2 PM start, Mon-Fri)
Rate: $18-20/hr

We’re looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, supporting production, and ensuring products are stored and shipped efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials and empty containers to/from trucks and within the facility
• Maintain organized and safe storage areas according to inventory control guidelines
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs while maintaining accurate records
• Track inventory and complete required paperwork accurately, inspecting for damage and ensuring product quality and state before loading or storing.
• Support production schedules and assist team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous forklift experience in container handling, or heavy equipment preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or corrugated environments is a plus
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling lifting, standing, and operating equipment for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail, safety, and organization
• High school diploma or GED required
