
Job Location Central Warehouse - 7940 S Valley View Blvd - Las Vegas, NV 89139 Salary Range $14.00 - $14.00 Hourly
To lead the Forklift Drivers and Inventory process for the Warehouse, including Dock, Receiving, Salvage, E-Waste, Recycling, and Trash processes. Coordinates with the Dock Leads on product inbound daily to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of all distribution operations and maintains product storage in accordance with the warehouse operating plan and conducts thorough and accurate inventory counts daily. The overall goal is to get product put away and needed product distributed to the production team, dock and clearance teams to maximize retail and salvage sales by “getting the right merchandise to the right place at the right time.”
Supervision Received: The Forklift Lead receives supervision from the Support Manager and Operations Manager.
Supervision Exercised: The Forklift Lead will provide direct leadership to personnel operating Forklifts in the Dock, Receiving, E-Waste, Clearance Center and Salvage areas, and other personnel as needed.

Environmental Factors: Due to the donation of materials, dust and animal hair may be present in the warehouse throughout the year. Ninety percent of the duties are performed in the Goodwill Distribution Center with concrete flooring that has quasi-regulated temperatures. Ten percent of the duties involve being outside receiving donations deliveries or possibly loading/unloading a vehicle. Position is generally standing and walking; some bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting will be required when dealing with merchandise or donations. Exposure to heat, cold, dust and sometimes humidity is a possibility. Warehouse environment which means working with limited air conditioning or heat.
