CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading technology solutions organization to find a Warehouse Forklift Driver for their distribution operations. This is a hands-on role supporting the full receiving-to-shipping cycle for a fast-moving warehouse environment. What You'll Do Off-load and stage inbound shipments on the receiving floor Count and document inbound deliveries accurately Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment Pick customer orders with accuracy, matching quantity and product type Weigh, inspect, and load outbound shipments Label, mark, and shrink-wrap orders per shipping requirements Operate handheld scanning units and warehouse management systems to process orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area Requirements What You Bring Must-Have: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience Minimum 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift and cherry picker Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently Working knowledge of receiving, warehouse, and safety procedures Basic computer/scanning system proficiency Strong organizational and time management skills Nice-to-Have: OSHA safety training or certification Experience with handheld scanning/WMS platforms Prior experience in a high-volume distribution environment Technical Environment: Stand-up forklift, cherry picker, hand jacks, shrink wrap equipment, handheld scanning systems What Success Looks Like: Accurate, error-free order picking and shipping within the first 90 days Full independence on receiving, staging, and equipment maintenance checks Zero safety incidents, full OSHA/MSDS compliance
