Forklift Operator ( Stand-Up Reach) – Etna, Ohio

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay: $20.50/hr

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Pay: $21.50/hr

About the Role

We are seeking skilled and safety-driven Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Etna, Ohio. This role involves operating both sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks to support daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks forklifts to move, load, and unload materials

• Transport pallets and products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues

• Follow all OSHA and facility safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (if required)

• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience operating stand-up reach trucks required or strongly preferred

• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse environment

• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
