The Downer South division is highly respected and has a great track record for delivering a high standard of work across the country. We are looking for an experienced or up-and-coming Foreperson to provide support within the Wellington team.
We are seeking a motivated foreperson to lead a team, organise, plan and direct the operations to ensure that work is completed to a high standard. Working alongside the Supervisor, you'll carry out toolbox meetings, run crew brief plans and work together. You'll also be involved in other duties, operating our modern machinery and so much more.

You will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you.
A class 2 licence with WTR endorsements required
An organised and systemic approach to working environment
Good communication skills, you'll be able to easily chat with your crew and also engage with clients and senior managers
