We are currently seeking ambitious team players with exceptional analytical skills and a well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory function in our offices in Athens. Deloitte’s Forensic & Financial Crime team helps organizations to efficiently predict and detect fraud incidents and react quickly and confidently in a crisis, investigation or dispute. We work with clients to help with complex problems and investigations, providing clarity, insight and solutions.
Your role as a Senior Manager will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.
During your tenure as a Forensic Senior Manager you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:
• Lead the most complex, sensitive, and high-risk forensic engagements, including major fraud investigations, crisis response matters, and regulatory-exposed cases
• Encourage collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and geographies, proactively connecting forensic, legal, digital, and risk specialists
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, Boards, Audit Committees, and Legal Counsel during high-stakes situations
• Define investigative strategy, scope, and risk approach for large-scale and complex matters
• Oversee evidence strategy, interview approach, and forensic methodology to ensure legal robustness and defensibility
• Deliver under pressure and ambiguity, maintaining quality and judgment in time-critical environments
• Lead complex financial reconstruction, damages quantification, and expert-level dispute support
• Review and sign-off expert-grade forensic reports suitable for courts, regulators, and arbitration forums
• Navigate political, legal, and reputational risks while managing sensitive stakeholder dynamics
• Shape strategic response and remediation plans for clients facing fraud, misconduct, or regulatory exposure
• Lead major proposals, expand strategic client relationships, and strengthen market positioning of the forensic practice
• Lead, mentor, and develop Managers and future leaders, building high-performance forensic teams
• Ensure work is performed ethically with continuous attention to quality, risk management, independence, and confidentiality requirements
• Drive innovation, methodology enhancement, and best practices across the forensic offering

To qualify for the role, you must have:
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in:
- Fraud Investigations and/or Forensic Accounting and/or Disputes & Litigation Support Services preferably within a professional services firm or
- External Audit and/or Accounting and/or Financial Reporting/Analysis in an eminent firm/organization
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• Master’s Degree in the above fields and/or in Forensics, or External Audit would be considered a plus
• Professional Certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFE, or similar are strongly preferred
• Strong technical expertise, including deep knowledge of IFRS and advanced forensic methodologies
• Excellent executive-level report writing and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both the English & Greek language
• Proven experience managing confidential and highly sensitive matters
• Strong commercial acumen and experience contributing to revenue and business growth
• Excellent leadership, people development, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to motivate and lead large teams while fostering collaboration across functions
• Military obligations fulfilled, where applicable
