In this role, you'll:


Working as part of the People Operations Division within the Professional Integrity unit, you will play a critical role in safeguarding ethical standards across the organisation.



In this role you will supporting investigations into alleged misconduct, fraud, corruption, maladministration, and waste. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing data from a variety of information technology and accounting systems to support conduct management processes and related activities. Your ability to provided evidence-based reports on complex financial, procurement and IT information and to present findings in a clear, objective manner will be essential to ensuring procedural fairness and supporting informed decision-making.



This position is a permanent position. Your home base will be at Macquarie Park with Hybrid work arrangements. Regional candidates are encouraged to apply.

About you


You are a skilled researcher and analytical thinker, adept at gathering, interpreting, and reporting forensic and technical evidence from corporate systems. Essential to this posistion is your digital forensics experience and ability to access the back end infastructure of technical systems. Your experience spans working with invoicing and purchase order data, email archives, internet proxy logs, and electronic document management systems.



With a personable and discreet approach, you bring empathy and professionalism to investigations, balancing technical rigour with human insight. You’re confident in managing complex high volume workloads and consistently delivering meaningful outcomes.Your high level of technical agility enables you to navigate multiple systems and control frameworks with ease, ensuring accurate and comprehensive retrieval of business records to support investigative processes.
