We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Facility Foreman- Special Ops performs hands on operations and supervision of plant operations such as drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations. Position include supervision of multiple plant employees and a single plant operations. We are looking for leader with an excellent commitment to health & safety to join our team in Kimball, NE! 4- 12 hour rotating shifts- Days/Nights NEW wage, $30.50 paid weekly, DOE.

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Performs one or more specific plant operations such as, drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck offloading/loading, and wastewater treatment.
• Supervises multiple employees and a single plant operation
• Operates a forklift when necessary
• Assures all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements is maintained and submitted immediately after processing operations have been completed
• Ensures that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensures that supervised operations staff meets all compliance standards
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift or Heavy Equipment Operation exp.
• Ability to work in team environment
• DOT Training
• Proficiency in Windows based applications
• Climb on and off forklifts
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste
• Climb up and down vertical ladders
• Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
• 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
• 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Valid Driver's License required
• Punctuality and attendance required
• Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
• Background check, drug screen and physical- required
• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS DAYS/NIGHTS- NO EXCEPTION
