Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbers, pipe fitters, and helpers in daily site activities.
• Execute plumbing and drainage installation works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Ensure all plumbing works are completed in accordance with project schedules.
• Read and interpret plumbing layouts, shop drawings, and installation details.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers regarding work progress and site requirements.
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
• Ensure proper installation of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewage systems.
• Assist in testing, flushing, hydrostatic testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Report site issues, material requirements, and manpower needs to the supervisor.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices within the work area.
• Support snag rectification and project handover activities.

Required Qualifications

• ITI / Trade Certificate in Plumbing or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in plumbing installation works, with at least 2 years as a Foreman.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial projects.
• Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, and installation methods.
