Job Description

1. Project Management: Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budget, and timeline.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate roofing crews, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that roofing installations meet industry standards and client expectations for quality and craftsmanship.

4. Material Management: Manage inventory of roofing materials, and coordinate delivery schedules.

5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and best practices on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

6. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have throughout the project.

7. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during roofing projects in a timely and efficient manner.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, safety records, and material usage logs.
