Job Requirements – Civil Foreman (Fit-Out & Finishing)

• Supervise and manage all daily civil, architectural, fit-out, renovation, and finishing activities at the construction site.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of laborers, subcontractors, and skilled trades to ensure productivity and compliance with project schedules.
• Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements accurately.
• Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Supervise architectural finishing works including gypsum partitions and ceilings, suspended ceilings, plastering, painting, tiling, marble and granite installation, doors, windows, and other interior fit-out activities.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Project Engineers, MEP teams, QA/QC Engineers, and Site Management to resolve site issues and avoid work conflicts.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Monitor daily work progress and prepare daily reports, manpower reports, and productivity updates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and client standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve site-related problems, and make effective decisions to maintain project progress.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
