We are seeking experienced Carpenter Foremen to supervise and execute carpentry works for a short-term deployment project in Ras Bu Fontas. The role requires strong hands-on carpentry experience along with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on site.
Supervise daily carpentry activities on site and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Lead, guide, and monitor carpentry workers to meet project timelines
Allocate tasks and manpower efficiently based on work requirements
Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment
Inspect carpentry work for quality and compliance with safety standards
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades
Ensure adherence to project safety regulations and site procedures
Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to management
Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry works, preferably in construction projects
Proven experience working as a Foreman or Senior Carpenter
Strong knowledge of formwork, finishing, and general carpentry activities
Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings
Good leadership and team-handling skills
Physically fit and capable of working long hours
Any (formal certification in carpentry is an added advantage)
Contract: 6 Months
