Purpose
The Foreman position is responsible for providing strategic planning, documentation, and direct in-field supervision of a crew working on all phases of projects. The Foreman is responsible for maintaining and improving upon the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas under their direction and control. The Foreman is the front-line safety officer for the site/project and is responsible for the safety of their crew.
