JOB ROLE SUMMARY:
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Expert level understanding of all major manufacturer’s products (Assa, Allegion, Dorma Kaba, Stanley/Best) and their applications
- Proficient knowledge of electrified hardware
- Must be proficient in installation of wood frames
- Must demonstrate ability to complete projects on time with an emphasis on quality, safety and cost- effectiveness
- Ability to organize and carry out a work schedule for multiple employees
- Ability to train other employees in all phases
- Navigate demands of job site - GC Meetings, paperwork (JHA’s, PTP’s, etc.)
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to use iPad proficiently, Procore, BIM360, PlanGrid
- Perform quality checks on construction equipment and installation of materials
- Manage punch list utilizing contractor’s software
- Flexibility to transfer between multiple projects on an as needed basis
- Other duties and job responsibilities as needed

QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 80lbs.
- Ability to work in various weather elements.
- Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.

- Work Boots w/ Safety Toe
- Cordless Drill Set w/ Tips (Impact and Driver Drill)
- Hand Tools As Required
- Tool cart
- Ladder
- Power Tools:
- - Skill Saw
- - Angle Grinder
- - Hammer Drill
- - Router
- - Laser Level
- - Multi Tool (OIS)
- - Planer
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- OSHA 30
- CPR
- Forklift Certified
- Any required hardware certifications. (Ving, Salto etc.)
