Job Description

Elements is a national hospitality renovation company known for delivering high-quality work in live environments. We partner with hotel and senior living clients who value consistency, professionalism, and strong relationships—and we’re looking for a Foreman who shares those values and leads with purpose.

As a Foreman, you are a key field leader and the first point of contact for crews on the job site. You work closely with the Site Supervisor to understand scope, schedule, and budget, and you provide clear direction that keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.

Travel to job sites for the duration of the project is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead crews in the field while working alongside them
  • Support the Site Supervisor by delegating tasks and managing daily work
  • Understand job scopes, schedules, budgets, and multiple trades
  • Train and support crew members with tasks and product knowledge
  • Prepare job sites with proper tools, materials, and logistics
  • Manage man-hours to align with budget and schedule
  • Initiate RFIs, assist with documentation, and mark up as-builts
  • Use MS Project, Excel, Word, and Procore Field
  • Maintain safety as a priority; identify and mitigate hazards
  • Foster a positive, respectful, team-centered job site culture

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in laborer and/or carpentry roles
  • Diversified commercial construction experience
  • OSHA 30 and CPR certified
  • Ability to read plans and schedules
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Procore and Paylocity
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated leader who is well-respected by peers
  • A humble, service-minded approach to leadership
