Job Description

Job Identification

We are looking for a Foreman to be a part of our Supply Chain team, based in Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh

Main Responsibilities

  • Distribute daily tasks among the Operators and 3P vendors based on production planning requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to machine operation, process, and quality assurance procedures for efficient and compliant operation.
  • Oversee daily, monthly, and annual maintenance of production lines; troubleshoot issues and maintain proper documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in line with GMP and 5S standards for the assigned area.
  • Lead operator development through training on Quality, Health & Safety, and operational procedures.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions.
  • Conduct and support internal audits, GMP practices, and implement corrective/preventive actions for nonconformities.
  • Record required information in SAP and report nonconformities with follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate raw materials, packaging, consumables, and auxiliary items as needed and properly handling the management of respective inventories/spare parts.
  • Utilize SAP modules for maintenance and production/material management/product dispatch reporting as per FEFO.
  • Enforce 100% compliance with safety practices including PPE, LOTO, and machine guarding.
  • Uphold KORE standards related to Quality, Food Safety, Energy Management, and Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
  • Monitor and support operator performance and development.
  • Manage shift schedules, leave planning and overtime compliance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Engineer/Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Food Technology or 3 years (LTMC-Long-term Mechanical Course/TTC-Technical Trade Course) or 1 or 2 years TTC with Diploma
  • Consistent performance in last 2 years (at least 1 Higher and no Lower in last 2 years)
  • Strong Interpersonal skills- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • No Disciplinary/Ethical cases in the last 3 years
  • The service must be more than 2 years with CCI Bangladesh
  • Those who fail the written test will not be eligible for next one assessment batch
