Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating workforce activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and company standards.
• The role includes monitoring daily tasks, managing manpower, ensuring quality control, and reporting progress to management.

Must have skills:

• The Foreman should possess strong and advanced technical knowledge in MEP systems, with the ability to supervise and guide the team effectively on-site.
• The role requires good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with clients and management clearly.
• A presentable and professional appearance is also essential to represent the company confidently on site.

• Responsible for fixing of injection house at various sites.
• Responsible for Profitability of projects.
• Responsible for raising of SMR
• Responsible for keeping daily updates of chemical used of each site job wise.
• Responsible for monthly site measurements, billing and keeping material update records at site.
• Responsible for injecting machines shifting from site to site.
• Allocation of injection Machines.
• Allocation of Foam concrete Machines.
• Execution of works as per main contractor’s construction program.
• Time card filling for workmen,
• Quality verification to ensure the received goods is as per SMR.
• Estimation, Quantity surveying, Quality assurance with adherence to the ISO Procedures.
• Maintenance of Injection Machine and Foam Concrete Machines.
• Supervision of waterproofing small Sites.

• MEP Knowledge
• Previous experience in FM Maintenance work.
• Knowledge of English, Hindi and any regional language.
• Analytical skills
• IMS processes review and analysis skill
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Engineering Experience 2-3 Years
