To oversee shift production, Shift operations, Maintenance, Man Management and administration of shift staff.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth and efficient Line Operation at rated speed and follow Quality Standards.

Administer start up, shut down, and operation of Production Line.

Ensure proper record keeping of Raw Material/ Production / Maintenance data.

Ensure Cleaning and GMP of Production Line and relevant area.

Manage the issuance procedure of raw material and spare parts from the stores.

Ensure the Production and Maintenance KPI’s relevant to production line are properly met.

Manage the Machine operations in case of absence of Machine Operator.

Managing manpower at Production Line.

Maintain & operate machines to support operators.

Fill T- Cards for required maintenance.

Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.

Assignments by seniors.

Implementation of Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system

Candidate Education

Associate Degree

DAE Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent

Preferanance will be given to higher relevant qualification
