Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Process shipments for day-to-day operations of Holman’s FTZ sites in accordance with the FTZ
  • procedures manual and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and submit all required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual documentation and
  • forms to Customs and Border Patrol on a timely basis.
  • Work closely with Holman Operations staff to achieve optimal flow of merchandise and timely
  • submission of reports.
  • Maintain proper record keeping required for operations of Holman FTZ sites.
  • Maintain the FTZ inventory control and record keeping system.
  • Validate FTZ data against clients import documentation as needed to ensure accuracy of
  • integration and information.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to direct management regarding all activities related to the
  • FTZ.
  • Assist in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and report as necessary.
  • Research and analyze discrepancies discovered during daily operations.
  • Collaborate with U.S. Customs during on-site audits, supplying required documentation and
  • information as requested.
  • Manage recordkeeping of import and Customs documents.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of annual reports to U.S. Customs and the FTZ Board.
  • Carry out all responsibilities in compliance with applicable food safety, SQF, and/or USDA regulations, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with appropriate safety and security standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Education: Two years of college/ equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Two (2) years related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment & customer service experience. One (1) to two (2) years of FTZ administrative experience
  • preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer or tablet skills; basic office equipment. Experience with FTZ software preferred. Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint,
  • Excel & Outlook) required.
  • Abilities: Ability to multi-task, customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, effective analytical skills.
  • Communication: Professional written and oral communications skills and attendance punctuality required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Must work well independently and in a team environment
