Job Description

Your Contribution:

As an Intern For Virtual Customs Declarations you will be an important support in the Virtual declarations process and compliance of MAHLE, you will be a support also for the development of the different processes of the MAHLE units.

• Identify the operations affected by the invoicing of documents according to rule 4.3.21.
• Search in SAP for the documentation related to the previous point.
• Ensure documents are signed or stamped. Regarding transportation and warehousing matters.
• Compile the V1 file, will be mandatory to have it in electronic format. Determine the best way to archive it.
• Support in process development in PowerPoint.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • Student of International Business, Foreign Trade, Customs, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • English Advanced.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly and critical thinking.
  • Proactive.
