Job Description

Job Title: Foreclosure Coordinator – Mortgage Operations
Assignment: 7/6/26 – 1/6/27 (Potential Extension/Temp to Perm)
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.92 hourly, paid weekly.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Foreclosure Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for providing administrative support throughout the foreclosure process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate or foreclosure operations and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations related to foreclosure case processing.
  • Review and compile foreclosure-related documentation.
  • Examine real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
  • Conduct bankruptcy searches and reviews in accordance with written procedures.
  • Communicate with property owners, vendors, and clients regarding foreclosure status and inquiries.
  • Coordinate and process all foreclosure-related mailings.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
  • Order and review title reports using multiple platforms.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–2 years of administrative or real estate office experience; foreclosure experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Flexible and able to manage shifting priorities under pressure.
  • Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions:

  • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
  • The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Use of computers and technology
