We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

The Cash Forecast Analyst for Latam Markets is responsible for executing and consolidating daily cash forecasts to ensure accurate cash inflows and outflows. This role includes analyzing forecast accuracy through weekly and monthly variance analysis, acting as a key contact between the forecast team and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Additionally, the analyst drives continuous improvement through process standardization and automation.

A day in the life of...

  • Execute and consolidate the daily Cash Forecast for Latam Markets, ensuring accurate cash inflow and outflow, in line with agreed timelines (PEC) and market alignments.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, performing weekly and monthly variance analysis between forecasted vs actual, conducting root cause analysis, and driving action plans to continuously improve forecast reliability.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Forecast team and our stakeholders, coordinating with Treasury, Accounting, Collections and Payments teams, and supporting governance forums (e.g., WSRs and MORs) by presenting results, variances and ongoing action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Operating Standards, SLAs and internal controls for Cash Forecast and Cash Flow processes, maintaining data traceability, proper documentation and audit readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process standardization, automation and digitalization, while acting as functional backup and supporting team onboarding.
