What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, chat, and digital sales inquiries
  • Build rapport with prospective customers and provide an exceptional first impression
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and help drive showroom traffic
  • Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, and email campaigns
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Work closely with sales managers and product specialists to maximize lead conversion
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
  • Deliver a professional, customer-first experience throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
  • Previous sales, customer service, call center, BDC, or automotive experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
