As FORCIT continues to grow and internationalise, we are strengthening our financial capabilities and are now looking for a Head of Treasury to join our Group Finance team.

Your role

Head of Treasury has an overall responsibility for developing and managing the Group's treasury activities. You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by building Group treasury strategy and ensuring effective treasury governance, liquidity management, financing arrangements, investments and financial risk management across the Group.

You will work closely with the CFO, finance leadership team and business stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making and the continuous development of treasury processes, systems and reporting.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Cash and liquidity management, forecasting and working capital optimisation

• Financing arrangements, debt facilities and banking relationships

• Foreign exchange, interest rate and financial risk management

• Treasury policies, governance and internal controls

• Capital structure planning and treasury reporting

• Development of treasury processes, systems and ways of working

• Supporting business growth, investments and strategic projects
  

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced treasury professional with a strong understanding of corporate finance and financial risk management.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• 10-15+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or a related finance leadership role

• Strong expertise in liquidity management, cash forecasting and financing arrangements

• Experience working with financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures

• Understanding of treasury governance, internal controls and financial reporting

• Experience in an international environment, preferably within industry or manufacturing

• A relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation and with external partners

As a person, you are analytical, structured and proactive. You combine sound business judgement with a hands-on approach and are comfortable operating in a dynamic growth environment.

Practical information

The position is based in Finland and can be located flexibly at FORCIT's offices, for example in Hanko or Tuusula, combined with remote work. The start date is as soon as possible.

The selected candidate will be subject to a security clearance in accordance with the Finnish Security Clearance Act (726/2014) and a drug test.
