职位描述
1.参与企业内部产品的系统分析、设计、开发和维护； 2.参与业务部门工作流程梳理，通过技术手段提升各部门的流程自动化、信息化，提升公司整体工作效率； 3.参与需求调研和需求分析工作，撰写相关技术文档； 4.维护和升级现有技术体系，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷，对线上问题进行及时响应并解决； 5.参与BI部门的数据采集、分析工作。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2.熟悉Java开发，熟练使用SpringBoot、Mysql、Redis、ClickHouse、定时任务、消息队列等主流技术栈； 3.熟悉Linux操作系统原理及常用命令，了解Docker、k8s等技术； 4.具备系统调试、性能调优等技能，对疑难技术问题具备较强排查能力； 5.拥有良好的表达能力和文档沉淀能力，沟通能力强，责任心强，有团队精神； 6.熟悉Python者优先，有良好的代码规范及OOP设计能力者优先。 7.熟练掌握 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor 等主流 AI 编码工具者优先。
