The Role:
We are looking for a Technical Customer Lead / Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between customers, Product Management, and R&D.
More than a traditional FAE role, this position owns the technical customer journey from early evaluation and field validation through successful deployment, while serving as a key feedback channel into Product and R&D.
This is a highly hands-on role combining technical pre-sales, field engineering, customer trials, system integration, and product validation. You will work directly with customers, partners, and integrators worldwide while helping drive product readiness and commercial success.
