Job Description
Rosina Food Products is seeking an experienced and strategic Foodservice Marketing Manager to drive profitable growth across our Foodservice business. This position will lead marketing strategy, product commercialization, customer-focused programs, and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen Rosina’s position within the foodservice industry.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and understands how to translate market insights, culinary trends, customer needs, and business objectives into measurable growth opportunities. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales, Culinary, Research and Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Insights, and external agency partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Foodservice Strategy and Business Growth
- Develop and execute the annual Foodservice marketing strategy in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and new growth opportunities.
- Translate operator, distributor, chain-account, and customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Develop category growth plans, product positioning, and value propositions across Foodservice channels.
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify customer-growth opportunities and support strategic account planning.
- Serve as Rosina’s foodservice marketing subject matter expert.
Product Portfolio and Commercialization
- Lead the Foodservice product portfolio strategy throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage cross-functional commercialization efforts from initial concept through product launch.
- Partner with Culinary, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain to prioritize and execute innovation initiatives.
- Develop product positioning, launch strategies, customer communications, and supporting marketing programs.
- Evaluate product performance and recommend opportunities for portfolio optimization, expansion, or rationalization.
Marketing and Industry Engagement
- Develop integrated go-to-market strategies that support operators, distributors, chain accounts, and internal sales teams.
- Create customer-focused marketing programs, presentations, and sales-enablement tools.
- Lead key foodservice trade-show initiatives, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strengthen Rosina’s Foodservice brand through consistent messaging, thought leadership, partnerships, and industry visibility.
- Collaborate with Corporate Brand, Shopper Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to maintain alignment across initiatives.
- Manage agency relationships and external vendor partners.
- Establish KPIs and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, product launches, and business initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the primary marketing leader for the Foodservice business.
- Partner with Sales, Culinary, R&D, Trade and Insights, Operations, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to align priorities and drive execution.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
- Coach and develop team members while building scalable processes that promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required.
- Seven to ten years of progressive marketing experience with increasing strategic responsibility.
- Demonstrated success developing growth strategies within foodservice, consumer packaged goods, or food manufacturing.
- Experience leading product commercialization and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of foodservice distribution, operators, chain accounts, menu development, and customer marketing.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing agencies and external vendor relationships.
- Food-manufacturing or frozen-food industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and marketing-automation tools preferred.

Compensation
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $95,000–$120,000, based on qualifications, experience, and overall alignment with the position.
