Job Description

We are a small Supermarket located in a Franz Josef and we need innovative and customer-focused team member to join to oversee our Food To Go. Reporting directly to the owners, your primary focus will be assisting our busy Fresh Food teams and assisting in the service deli / bakery in food preparation, which will include recipe development.

We are after someone who is a team player, also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Effective communication at all levels
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
  • High presentation standard
  • Problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
  • Attention to detail
  • Developed organizational skills
  • Two years supermarket experience in fresh foods departments

Your day to day:

  • Preparing / making Food To Go items from scratch
  • Cooking instore recipes
  • Reducing waste, ensuring availability of product
  • Leading the team to a high standard
  • Cleaning of Fresh Food departments

The position is full time, 30 hours per week.

$55k annual salary
