Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept through trials to commercialization.
• Identify and implement improvements in existing products, ingredients, and processes.
• Manage assigned projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct trial runs, commercial runs, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with product leaders, project managers, and specialists on innovation and renovation trials at the Pilot Plant.
• Ensure compliance with food regulations and standards.
• Support the transition to a paperless documentation system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science
• At least 2 years of experience as a Food Technologist
• Preferably with experience in beverage manufacturing
