The Cleaning Steward is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized foodservice operation. This position performs routine and deep cleaning of kitchens, dish rooms, storage areas, equipment, floors, drains, and other assigned areas. The Cleaning Steward follows cleaning schedules, food safety standards, and chemical-handling procedures and may assist with dishwashing, waste removal, and other operational needs. Position is Monday - Friday 6a - 3p.
