Food Service Worker - FT

Haxtun Health is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Food Service Worker to join our team! If you enjoy a dynamic environment and want to contribute to the well-being of our community, this could be the perfect fit for you. Starting Pay Range: $14.81/hr - $19.25/hr , depending on experience

• Position Status: Full-time, non-exempt
• Shift: Variable shifts based on operational needs
• Shift Differentials: Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wage

As a F ood Service Worker, you will be integral to providing excellent dining experiences for our patients, residents, and staff. Your responsibilities will include assisting in various kitchen functions, serving meals in the employee cafeteria, patient/resident dining rooms, and delivering food directly to patient rooms. You will regularly interact with individuals, offering food items and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additionally, you'll be a vital part of our team in the dishwashing area.

• Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI): Haxtun Health participates in the CO FAMLI program, which is a social insurance program that provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events.
• Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
