Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Technician to join our Nutrition Services team. In this role, you will support daily food service operations by providing exceptional service to patients, visitors, and co-workers while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and hospitality.
The Food Service Technician performs a variety of non-cooking duties, including meal assembly, cold food preparation, tray delivery, cashiering, dishwashing, sanitation, stocking, and general cleaning. This position plays an important role in delivering a positive dining experience and supporting patient satisfaction.
