Food Service Worker:
The Food Service worker requires an individual to ensure that every customer has an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service. This position is responsible for keeping the common areas clean and stocked, being a liaison between customers and the kitchen, as well as assists kitchen with additional prep work as needed.

Cook:
Daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry or any station in kitchen. Setup station according to established guidelines. Prepare dishes for customers, follow recipes and other protocol set by head chef.

Concessionaire:
Position requires a positive attitude, good customer service skills, food preparation, assisting in preparing location and area for day to day operations & responsible for accurate accounting and transaction tracking.

Dishwasher/Porter:
The dishwasher and porter are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. using a machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

Cleaner:
Our housekeeping staff are responsible for cleaning guest rooms while providing great customer service. This individual must be high energy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Someone with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• High School education or GED.
• No prior experience required - we provide professional training.
• In many cases, must have ability to be on feet for extended period of time and lift heavy objects.
