Food Service Specialist Job Summary:
Ability to supervise food service and cleaning services within a food service environment. Must have solid work ethics.
General Responsibilities
The principal responsibility of the Food Service Specialist Lead is to ensure the proper cleaning of the kitchen and dining facility; and to provide food preparation, set-up and services in accordance with the contract requirements.
Experience
Two years’ comparable experience in Government or commercial kitchen and dining room facility. One of the two years should be held as a supervisor or in a work leader position.
