• Develop and implement food service policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards to prevent contamination and illness.
• Collaborate with our dietary team to provide special meals and accommodations for patients with dietary restrictions.
• Coordinate with our nursing staff to ensure that patients' nutritional needs are met.
• Manage food inventory, supplies, and budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• 0+ years of experience in food service management or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
