Responsibilities

• Lead daily food service operations across multiple campus locations
• Supervise and develop kitchen staff
• Manage food production, inventory, and purchasing
• Control food and labor costs
• Coordinate catering for school events
• Ensure food safety and allergen compliance
• Manage vendor relationships and ordering
• Deliver an outstanding dining experience for students and staff

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food service management experience
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and inventory
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
• Experience in schools, healthcare, higher education, catering, or institutional dining preferred
