What's the Role?

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food, people, and performance? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same?

We're looking for a strategic thinker, a people-first leader, and a food service professional to join the Dana Hospitality team as a Retail Director at a vibrant University campus in Mississauga.

What You'll Do

  • Drive operational excellence across multiple units with both branded retail and Dana's internal brand concepts.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with our Culinary Directory and Chef/Operations teams to craft creative, on-brand menus and promotions.
  • Champion health, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and boost profitability.
  • Train, mentor, and grow your team into future leaders.
  • Lead new unit openings and construction projects.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for growth.
  • Partner with procurement to optimize inventory and supplier relations.

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For?

  • A Great Attitude!
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in food service or hospitality.
  • Experience with multi-unit, franchise operations and contract food management.
  • Excellent Customer and Client experience skills.
  • Strong business acumen and team development ability.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A calm, confident presence in both the kitchen and the boardroom.
  • Culinary background Red Seal is an asset.
  • ServeSafe and/or FoodSafe certification.
