We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) / Food Service Director to oversee the daily operations of our dietary department in a skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals that meet residents’ dietary needs, regulatory requirements, and personal preferences. The CDM will manage food service staff, maintain compliance with health and safety standards, and promote an organized, efficient kitchen environment that supports residents, staff, and visitors.
