JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing superior customer service while personalizing the experience through focus on consistency
Identify and respond to the customer needs and expectations
Promptly answer phone calls from customers
Daily paperwork and reporting, cashiering
Opening and/or closing the food service
Evaluate, portion, and stock product
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Participate in the recruiting and training of new team members
Ordering and maintaining accurate backstock while following proper procedures as directed by the Store Manager
Share thoughts and opinions on cutting down waste while increasing sales
Assist in implementing marketing and merchandising promotions
Develop sales-generating displays
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
HOURS
Shift hours vary with some flexibility

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least 18 years of age
Customer service or retail experience is required
Previous management or assistant management experience is strongly preferred
Accurate, confidant and dependable
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and energetic
Basic math knowledge and computer skills a must
Can comfortably be on your feet for 8+ hours a day
Must be able to lift 30 + pounds
Goal oriented and great work ethic
