Facilitates food service by assisting the server & performing the following dutiesQualificationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the Dining Room
Assists in dining room set up & completion of opening & closing side work
Restocks Dining Room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments, and linen. Maintains adequate supplies in the workstations when Dining Room. Prepares beverages required for service, including coffee, tea and hot water.
Greets members in a genuinely friendly manner. Serves water, rolls, & butter. Replenish as needed.
Communicates with team members to maintain service efficiency and ensures member satisfaction
May assist wait staff in serving tables during rush periods
Takes direction from servers, captains, and management
Removes dirty dishes and silverware from tables between courses and after members leave the table
Replaces used dishes and silverware for the next course and resets vacated tables
Restocks condiments as needed
Returns dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to dishwashing area, sorting silverware, glassware, and other items, placing them in the prescribed area for proper disposition.
Attends daily pre-opening meeting given by Management
Checks out with Captain before leaving.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
The noise level in environment is usually moderate.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D desired. Excellent communication skills
