Serve food and beverages to customers in line with company service standards.
Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment, including dishwashing, pot wash, and deep cleaning duties.
Prepare service areas and service points before service periods.
Assist with the storage of food items and equipment following service.
Support chefs with checking and receiving food deliveries, ensuring only quality products are accepted.
Ensure food is stored correctly and that stock rotation procedures (FIFO) are followed.
Adhere to all food hygiene regulations, including HACCP requirements.
Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly, wearing appropriate PPE at all times.Follow COSHH regulations and safe manual handling practices.
Carry out cleaning duties relating to service areas, equipment, and furniture.
Attend training sessions as required.Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform.
Promote a positive image and provide excellent customer service.Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the line manager to support the smooth running of the department.
