About the role:

As a Food Safety & Brand Protection Advisor within our EcoSure division, you will play a meaningful role in protecting public health and supporting hospitality teams to succeed. You will partner closely with clients, conducting audits across food safety, brand standards, guest experience, public health, workplace safety, and product quality.

More than an auditor, you are a trusted advisor and educator — someone who builds strong relationships, shares knowledge with confidence and empathy, and helps others raise standards through coaching and guidance. You will enjoy variety, autonomy, and purpose, travelling to client sites and contributing positively to the everyday experiences of guests and employees alike.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct thoughtful, high‑quality food safety and brand protection audits across a range of hospitality environments

• Build positive, respectful relationships with clients, delivering a warm and professional experience every visit

• Provide clear, practical recommendations through well‑written reports and supportive in‑person discussions

• Coach and educate client teams, helping them feel confident in maintaining safe, high‑quality operations

• Stay informed on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure audits remain current and impactful

• Collaborate closely with EcoSure and Ecolab colleagues, sharing insights and supporting client solutions

• Travel regularly to client sites across ANZ and the wider region

This role offers flexibility and independence in planning your travel schedule. Overnight travel is expected approximately 75% of the time, with occasional weekends or evenings required to meet client needs.

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Experience in hospitality operations, food safety, auditing, compliance, or a related environment

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in supporting, teaching, and advising others

• Confidence working independently while staying connected to a supportive team

• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Ability to confidently perform physical aspects of the role, including lifting up to 15kg and on‑site inspections

• Comfort working around food products, including animal products and common allergens

• Leadership or mentoring experience within hospitality or operations

• Tertiary qualifications in hospitality, environmental health, food science, or a related field (advantageous)
